Returns
Please email us before sending anything back. We'll reply within 3 business days with a reference number and the correct return address. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Business Hours
We answer email Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AWST (Perth time). Messages received on weekends and Australian public holidays are picked up on the next business day, and answered within 3 business days from then.
