Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide, and to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and much of Western Europe.

Rates

Standard — Australia: Free
Express — Australia: $15.00 AUD
Standard — International: $20.00 AUD

Standard shipping within Australia is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express and international shipping are a flat rate per order, always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Standard — Australia: 8–15 business days from dispatch
Express — Australia: 5–10 business days from dispatch
International: 10–25 business days from dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Some items ship directly from our overseas manufacturing partners, which is reflected in the delivery windows above. Where an order contains more than one item, parts of it may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will re-send it once return and re-delivery postage is covered.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.
