Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery page, which form part of these terms.

1. Who We Are

Axiom is an online store operated under the registered business name Axiom Shop (ABN 68 624 356 975) from Western Australia, Australia. You can reach us at contact@axiomshop.com.au, and we reply within 3 business days.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are yours or that you have permission to use them.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including specifications, materials and capabilities. Product photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens. Where a specification is provided by a manufacturer, we pass it on in good faith. If a product you receive does not match its description, you are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and by the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed and paid for.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We'll always contact you first.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if we can't verify payment or address details, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless we state otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or expire without notice. Codes apply to product prices only, not to shipping charges, unless stated.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Shipping and Risk

See our Shipping & Delivery page for rates and timeframes. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days and we'll resolve it under our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false or misleading information. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on this site — text, product photography, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
