Does it work through a phone case?
Yes, with most slim and MagSafe-compatible cases. Very thick or metal cases can interfere with the magnetic alignment.
Is the wireless charging 20W?
No. The 20W figure is the wired USB-C output. Magnetic wireless charging is slower than wired, as it is on every magnetic power bank — use the USB-C cable when you need the fastest top-up.
Will it fast-charge my Android phone?
Yes, via the USB-C cable — the magnetic wireless pad is designed for MagSafe-compatible iPhones.
How many charges will I get?
It depends on your phone's battery size. As a rough guide, the 5,000mAh model gives most phones up to one full charge, and the 10,000mAh model roughly one and a half to two.
What's the return policy?

- Standard Shipping (Australia) — Free on every order, 8–15 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Australia) — $15.00 AUD flat, 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- International — $20.00 AUD flat, 10–25 business days from dispatch. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
- Processing Time — Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from our overseas manufacturing partners, which is reflected in the delivery windows above.
- Tracking — A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

- 30-Day Returns — Changed your mind? Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
