Frequently Asked Questions
How good is the noise cancelling, really?
The hybrid ANC is rated to reduce ambient noise by up to 40dB. It works best on steady, low-frequency sound — aircraft cabins, train carriages, air conditioning, traffic hum. Sudden or high-pitched sounds, like a voice right next to you, will still come through.
Can I use one earbud at a time?
Yes. Either earbud works independently for calls or music.
Are they compatible with Siri / Google Assistant?
Yes. A tap-and-hold activates your phone's voice assistant on both iOS and Android.
Does the case charge wirelessly?
No. The case charges over USB-C. There is no Qi wireless charging on this model.
What's the return policy?
30 days for change of mind, provided the sealed packaging is unopened — for hygiene reasons we can't accept opened in-ear products back unless they're faulty. See our returns page for full details.

- Standard Shipping (Australia) — Free on every order, 8–15 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Australia) — $15.00 AUD flat, 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- International — $20.00 AUD flat, 10–25 business days from dispatch. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
- Processing Time — Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from our overseas manufacturing partners, which is reflected in the delivery windows above.
- Tracking — A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

- 30-Day Returns — Changed your mind? Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition — Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Return Postage — At your cost for change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.

- Faulty Items — If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault, email us and we will sort out a repair, replacement or refund.
- Not Covered — Accidental damage, liquid damage beyond the product's rating, normal wear and tear, and unauthorised repairs.
